Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days of receiving your product, you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, you can contact us at lavoilessentialoils@gmail.com

If the product you return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns regarding a specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
