Return Procedure

1. Contact us at lavoilessentialoils@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt.

2. We will send you return instructions.

3. The products must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons (fragrance oils, candles, etc.), unless the product is defective.

Defective Products: In the event of a defective product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
