If you wish to exchange a product, it must be done within 5 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by the receipt. The products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in excellent condition. The return shipping costs and re-shipping to the customer are borne by the customer.

9. Defective Product Replacement Policy

The company offers the possibility of replacing a defective product delivered after the completion of an online order. The product must not have been used improperly and must be in its original, unopened packaging.

10. Withdrawal

The customer has the right of withdrawal under the terms and conditions outlined in Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended. Upon withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, and the company is obligated to refund the customer within thirty (14) calendar days.

11. Order Cancellation

Your order can be canceled before the processing of the products, either by phone (6978170159) or by email at lavoilessentialoils@gmail.com, stating the order number. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.
